Christie du Toit - Girl with Binoculars

Christie du Toit’s childhood on a farm instilled in her a lifelong love of nature, animals, and the changing South African landscapes. These early experiences continue to shape the colours, textures, and moods of her work. Trained initially in the corporate world, Christie later opened her own framing business, which reignited her passion for creating art. Through workshops and experimentation with different mediums, she has developed a distinctive style that celebrates still life, landscapes, and the beauty of everyday life. Christie lives in Pretoria with her family, where she continues to explore the endless possibilities of her artistic imagination.
